Starting out as the Red Kite Brewery with a tiny capacity we quickly found ourselves needing more space. A state of the art facility was built in Llantrisant and with our beers now winning awards and wider recognition we decided a new name was in order.
We wanted to reflect the importance of the local area to the brewery and our beers. We’re now called the Glamorgan Brewing Company, but you’ll still find the original Red Kite keeping watch over our new artwork.
We’re committed to quality at every point of the brewing process; from the raw ingredients we use to the designs on our bottles - we want to brew the best beer that Wales has to offer.
The rolling hills and valleys around our Llantrisant home inspire us to brew the right way, combining Welsh water with only the finest ingredients. Our award-winning cask and kegged beers all have one thing in common, they’re made of Glamorgan.
